Many people today like exercise. Some like to run, and some like to walk. Others dance or play balls. They do different kinds of exercise. Why do people like exercising? It's good for their health. And exercise helps make them tired, so they sleep better at night. You may like to run. If you do, take care of your feet. Make sure you have the right shoes. Some people like to run on roads, but they must watch out for cars.
Walking is a good exercise. You may take a long walk in the park. It's more fun if you don't go alone. Go with a friend. The two of you may have a great time.
Some people like to swim. But others don't like to go into the water. If you like this kind of exercise, make sure that someone is watching you. You must always take care when you are in the water. Jumping a rope (跳绳) or riding a bike is also good exercise. There are many other exercises. Find out what you like. You may need help at first. Some people often do exercise, and they can help you. Do exercise every day, and you will know what it makes you feel.

Are you sorry for not traveling during the National Day? If you stay a t home at that time, I think you are very lucky. Why? Because there are too many people everywhere. In many places of interest in China, it's too crowded to do anything.
It was very crowded in the West Lake on October 1st, 2013. You even couldn't take photos for you or your friends. All what we could see were people. It was reported that there were about 13 people per meter by the lake. My friends told me they could see nothing but many tourists(游客) on the Broken Bridge(断桥). "We couldn't walk if the people in front of us didn't walk," he said. He showed us a photo near the West Lake. In the photo, we hardly found him out, there were too many people.
So some people give the advice that we should not have the gold week(黄金周) any more. But other people say no about this advice. What's your idea of it? Are you sorry now for not traveling during the gold week? I love staying at home more than traveling next National Day.

The boy was surprised, but did not understand. Then the father explained, "People call this ‘Echo', but really this is life. It gives you back everything you say or do. Our life is just a reflection (反映) of what we have done. If you want more love in the world, have more love in your heart. If you want to be successful, work hard. This can be used in everything in life. Life will give you back everything you have given to it."
Helen is my friend from London. She always tells me that London is a (绝妙的) place. And she believes (每人)will enjoy themselves there. There are lots of tall (建筑物). And she is (外向的) and she is interested in travel. She travels with her parents at (至少) twice a month. She believes that travelling is an important part in her life. It is (健康的) for body and mind.
