Hello! My name is Joy. I'm a girl. I'm eleven. I'm in Class Eight, Grade Seven. This is my friend, Joan. She is twelve. She is in a high school. She is in Class Seven, Grade Eight. My English teacher is Miss White, but her English teacher is Miss Green. Look！Who's that? Oh, she's my mom. She's a Chinese teacher.
This is Hong Kong Middle School. It is very big and beautiful. There are 34 classes, 300 teachers and 3,500 students in the school. In the middle of the school there is a tall building. It's for us to have classes. All the classrooms are there. There are some small rooms, too. They are offices for the teachers to work. All the teachers get ready for their lessons there.
In front of the tall building, there is a small one. It is the library. There are many books there. The teachers and the students like to read books in it. Sometimes they borrow(借) books from it.
There is a dining hall behind the tall building. Some of the students have lunch in it.

Pizza is a kind of delicious food in the world．People from America like pizza best．In Turkey (土耳其), pizza is one of Three Delicacies(美食)．Many Chinese people like to eat pizza, too．But we usually call pizza "Italian Pizza" because it is from Italy．There are pizza shops everywhere in Italy．The first pizza shop is still in Naples, Italy．It opened in 1830．
There are different kinds(种类) of pizza today．Toast pizza is one of them．It's easy for people to make toast pizza at home．Here are the steps about how to make it．
•Get vegetables, meat, cheese, jam(果酱) and bread on the table．
•Cut vegetables and meat into pieces．
•Put the meat pieces on the bread．
•Put the vegetable pieces on the meat．
•Put the cheese on these pieces．
•Cook the bread slowly for about three minutes．
•Put a little jam, like strawberry jam, on the toast pizza．
•Wait a minute, then the toast pizza will be OK.
Cola is bad for our health. Cola is sweet, because it has sugar in it. Too much sugar can let you get fat. Drinking one bottle of cola each day can make you get fifteen pounds(磅) each year. And because the sugar in cola can make you feel full, you can't eat much healthy food, such as fruit, vegetables and rice. And cola is bad for your teeth and bones(骨头).
Drink water, please. Water is very important to our body. It keeps us healthy. We get water from drink and food, especially(特别是) from fruit and vegetables. But it's better to drink water. If you don't like plain(清淡的) water, you can put a little 100% fruit juice into it.

Hi! I am Monica. I am in Grade 7 in Yuying Middle School. I wear my school uniform from Monday to Friday at school. It is a blue jacket with our school's name and picture on it. The girls wear the same color skirts to go with it. The boys wear the same jackets but with trousers (when it is hot, shorts ). We all wear black shoes. I think uniforms are a good thing, because when you go on a school trip and get lost,your school can easily find you. If no one can find you, you can just come up to other people and they can help you find your teachers and classmates.
When I am in Grade 8, I will get a purple jacket! I am very excited because I will get the school motto (校训) on it,too !Our school motto is — Be The Best You Can Be!
