Eat your meals on time during the day to keep you healthy. Have breakfast soon after you get up. Don't skip any meals. Some students may not have breakfast because of getting up late. This is really bad for health. Also, it is good to have dinner early to give your bodies a rest. If you go to bed at 9:30 PM, you can have dinner at 6 PM. Then, don't eat again until you have breakfast the next morning.
