I think that a great friend is a great artist who can change my feeling about life greatly. When I talk about the person who influenced me most. I must think of my best friend quickly.

When I was in my university, one of my classmates sat beside me. His name is Wang Tao. He is my unforgettable friend in my life. He is good at study and handsome. Everyone knows that he is a genius (天才) of my university.

He is kind hearted and is always ready to help others. But he doesn't like others to praise him, because he think what he did is common. There is an old saying: A friend in need is a friend indeed. Wang Tao sets a good example in many parts in my life.

I remembered that my math was mediocre at that time, but he was excellent in solving math questions. He often received high scores. Of course, I wished I could reach at his level. Since we talked all day long, he was patient and polite to answer my math questions. Slowly; I made great progress in math. I passed the exam finally. Then we became friends naturally. And now, I still remember his strong will to study.

We know that we live in a society, so we need a lot of friends. There are two kinds of friends, good and bad, bad friend may make our life failed, while good ones make our life successful: To me, Wang Tao is a very good friend. I learned so many advantages from him; and I changed more and more excellently.

They believe that a great many illnesses and health problems starts as a result of dehydration—a lack(缺少) of water in the body. Most people are dehydrated at least some of time, although they probably don't know it. It is surprising to learn that if we feel thirsty, we are already in the first period of dehydration. In fact, we are advised to drink water before we feel thirsty.

These doctors think that health problems such as headaches, high blood pressure and asthma could be avoided if people drink more water. They also believe that drinking more water can help people who are overweight. Water has no calories（热量)so it will not make us put on weight. 1f we drink water, we will probably drink less sugary soft drinks such as Coca-Cola. Doctors also believe that drinking more water may stop people from overeating. They say that many people think that they are hungry when they are, in fact, thirsty. Doctors suggest, there-fore, that we eat less food and drink more water.

There are still many health problems that cannot be solved by drinking water, so we should not stop going to see the doctor completely. However, if we make a decision to drink water every day, we may find that we need to go to the doctor a lot less often.

Anna Du was walking along the beach when she noticed plastics there. She reached down to pick them up, and quickly realized there were many (many) tiny pieces than she could deal with. It seemed (possible) to clean them all up.

The actually cool part of Du's ROV is the detection(探测)system. She uses a camera along with three different kinds of light (find) the plastics.
