The sorting of garbage has many advantages. It can not only protect the environment, but also1wasting the useful rubbish. So people have come up with many good2to sort their rubbish.
AUK company invented a "smart dustbin" to help with waste sorting recently. People just need to drop their waste into the3.A camera and sensors (感应器) in the dustbin can tell what type of rubbish it is and correctly sort it.
South Korea is using a way called "Pay For Your Waste" to4its people to reduce food waste. When throwing away rubbish, there is a special dustbin for food waste only. The smart dustbin then tells the5of the food. People have to6their food waste by scanning(扫描) a barcode(条形码) on the dustbin. If they throw away more food, they will pay more.
Japan does best7waste sorting in the world. They sort waste8carefully that even plastic bottles and their caps go into different dustbins. Different types of paper products have their own dustbins.
China is improving its waste sorting skills. On July 1, 2019, Shanghai introduced waste sorting9. If someone does not follow these rules, people from the relevant department will10them. Shanghai also works with Alipay to create "green accounts (账户)"service for its residents(居民). If you sort the garbage correctly, you will get more points in your account. If you get more points, you will get more gifts.
Good manners can't be inculcated(灌输)overnight, but can be developed with time. Thus, but are meant for all.
Greet guests with a "smile" "hello" or "goodbye". It is good manners for children to greetguests who pay a visit to their homes. But sometimes kids may not seem to pay attention to these details, It's certainly rude to neglect(忽视)the presence of guests. Kids must be taught to greet guests at home with a smile and a word of greeting. Moreover, when the guests are leaving
Don't interrupt somebody when they are talking. It's rude to interrupt anybody who is talking. Kids must know they can have their turn, once the other person finishes talking. Stopping another person when he is saying something or cutting him short is impolite. Also, paying full attention to what is being said and keeping contact are important aspects.
Always share your goodies and toys. Teach your kid that if he's eating something and there are people around him, he should ask them if they'd like to have some. Eating without offering others first is impolite. An extension(扩展)of this is also sharing toys with his friends.
Sophia the robot A self-portrait (自画像) was sold for over $688,888 in March, CNN reported. Its painter is neither Picasso nor Van Gogh. In fact, the painter is not even human. Noise as sleep aid? If you've ever had trouble getting a good night's sleep, a white noise app might help. There are three ways in which white noise helps people fall asleep. First, the repetitive (重复的) sound of white noise calms people down. Second, when listening to white noise becomes part of your bedtime routine(常规), your brain will prepare for sleep. Finally, the noise can drown out(淹没) other sounds. However, while researchers found that the noise reduces the amount of time it takes people to fall asleep, it also reduces the quality of their sleep. One study even suggests that white noise might lead to worse sleep quality overall. |
Last night, a school night, my 11- year- old son's baseball team played a game that lasted until 9: 05.By the time we got home and he had a quick dinner and shower, it was 10: 05—an hour and a half later than a child who gets up at 6: 05 should be going to bed. We love baseball. My son is having fun, getting exercise and learning patience, teamwork and sports spirit. But the truth is that the game also influences his sleep.
As parents, we want good things for our children. We want them to be healthy both in body and in mind. To this end, we look for ways to help our kids grow and develop. We help them with their homework. We sign them up for dance, soccer and baseball. We encourage our kids to take honors courses (培优课程) or to have after-school jobs. And we praise them for hard-earned success and achievements.
However, the irony is that all of these activities and responsibilities that we are giving our children to make their lives colorful could be badly influencing their health and taking happiness away. Activities, responsibilities, and goals are good. But if we want our kids to realize their full physical, learning and social ability, sleep is important. We have to start taking sleep seriously.
Parents make bedtime routines and carry out (执行) strict rules about nighttime. But in fact, these measures(措施) aren't enough because getting our kids enough sleep isn't just about carrying out stricter bedtime. It actually requires more than that. In order to ensure our kids get the sleep they need, both parents and schools should make an effort.
It is said that about 40 percent of the world's population use social media like TIK TOK(抖音), and many of these billions of social media users look up to influencers to help them decide what to buy and what trends .(潮流) to follow.
An influencer is a person who can influence the decisions of their followers because of their knowledge and expertise in a particular area, e.g. fashion, travel or technology.
Influencers often have a large following of people who pay close attention to their views. Influencers are now seen by many companies as a direct way to customers, hearts. If you are one of them, then here are some tips on how to do it.
1)Choose your niche(适合的领域)
What is the area that you know most about? What do you feel most excited talking about? Find the specific area that you're most interested in and develop it.
2)Post regularly
Many influencers post daily on their social media accounts(账户).The more you post, the more likely people will follow you. Also, ensure that your posts possibly follow a theme.

Listen! What can you hear? Birds outside? A car going by? Maybe your favorite music?
The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that there are 360 million people in the world with hearing loss problems. At least half of all cases of hearing loss are avoidable(可避免的) if you take care of your ears.
Nowadays, it is common for people to listen to music with headphones on while traveling to school or work. Experts suggest a 60:60 rule: listen to your music at 60 percent of the maximum volume(最大音量) for no more than 60 minutes a day.
Want to know if your earphones are at a safe volume? If they can, it's a sign that your hearing is being damaged (损伤). Turn the volume down until other people can no longer hear it.
Think again. These things can push earwax (耳垢) deeper into your ear, and hurt your ear canal(耳道). The ear is a self-cleaning organ (器官) and does not require active cleaning, according to the WHO. If the earwax makes you uncomfortable, you can ask a doctor to deal with it.
You can use earplugs (耳塞) to stop water getting into your ears. Dry your ears with a towel(毛巾) after swimming or having a bath. If you feel there is water inside your ear, shake your head a little bit to help get the water out.
A. Do you clean your ears with cotton buds or fingernails? B. Ask people sitting near you if they can hear your music. C. Protecting yourself from loud noise is a key part of ear care. D. Thanks to your ears, you can hear it clearly. E. Take care of your ears when you are swimming. |
but ask stop final which one hide happy feeling I |
I spent many years of my life pretending(假装). I told others that I was happy with my job, although I knew from the day that it wasn't fit for me. I pretended to agree with everyone around me to avoid the risk of disagreement. After spending so much time hiding my true self, I felt that I'd had enough of that—I was really tired of pretending.
I made up my mind pretending. It's easier to pretend than to be truly honest with ourselves, it comes with a heavy price. If I pretend my job is satisfying, I probably won't make the necessary changes to find a new job will bring pleasure to my life. If I pretend to be happy in a relationship when my true clearly say something else, how can I improve my relationship?
These days, I'm always saying what's true for me. When I was to work on a new project, I said that I wasn't good at it because I had little experience of it. In the past, I always that fact and felt bad about it for days or even weeks. During parties, I admit(承认) that I hate job and can't wait to leave. In the past, I pretended I liked it just to fit in with everyone else.
Pretending is costly(代价大的). It is not money, but peace of mind and that we give away. I stopped pretending from then on.
