It's not easy to go back to normal life these days. But here are some good tips that can help you do so.
Less is more.
Don't spend too much time reading about the epidemic (疫情). It might make you feel anxious (焦虑的).

Another great place to visit in the outback is Kakadu National Park. Birds, kangaroos, wallabies (小袋鼠), lizards (蜥蜴) and snakes all live in Kakadu.
