Young people like to be cool. What's cool? Different people have different . Some people think they are cool if they wear fashionable(时尚的) clothes. Some people think if they have hairstyles(发型), they are cool. Some people think they are cool when they wear fewer clothes in winter. But I don't think so. I think you are cool when you are healthy. How to ? Exercise every day, such as running, walking, swimming. Exercise can people healthy. People can exercise with their parents friends. Exercise can be fun and they can help people keep healthy. So why not exercise every day?

Suddenly it 2 to rain and they hurried to the car. And when they returned to the hotel, they couldn't find the bag. There was an expensive camera in it. They were all 3it. They could buy another camera, 4 had no time to go to the Great Wall again. They could not miss(错过) the plane.
That evening they didn't have supper. Mr Black hoped to make them happy and
said, "Well, let me tell you a story. An old man lived in a sixty-floor building. One day he fell down from the 5 . But he didn't hurt(受伤) himself. "
"It was a miracle(奇迹)!" called out his children. "Why?" "Because he lived on the first floor!"
They all began to laugh while two policemen with a bag came in. They said a Chinese boy found it under a big tree and he asked them to find out6lost it.
"It's really a miracle!" the Blacks said happily.
Last month we bought a little dog for our 2 year-old daughter. Few children of her age lived near our house and we thought a dog would make her happy. We were r. They played together happily all day: Our daughter now smiles and laughs much mthan before. In a way, it is like having two children in the house. Both of them are very dirty and they cry w they don't get what they want. The dog is easier to look after than my daughter. He a eats up his food and we don't have many clothes to w. My wife is very happy because I have stopped s. The dog doesn't like the smell.
Life for children is much different from before. Children used to(过去常常) have a healthy diet of steamed fish, rice, vegetables and fruit. Now they are eating a lot of fast food like fried chicken, hamburgers and French fries. Western fast food is high in fat and salt. It is not good for children's health.
Children are now drinking more sweet drinks like Coke and Sprite instead of fruit juice and water. Children are also eating more chocolates and sweets than ever before. Computer games are now very popular. Teenagers like to go to Net bars. They spend hours every day sitting at a computer. Some teenagers now stay up late. They watch TV till midnight. So they don't get enough sleep, and feel very tired in
the morning. But they used to play a lot of outdoor sports games. So they woke up fresh and fit, ready for an active new day.
People of all ages, but especially children, need a healthy diet, lots of exercise and plenty of rest. Let's stop all bad habits and do our best to keep fit.
