The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway may be the slowest train in the world. Every day the train (climb) over 2250 meters. Although the entire trip is 80 kilometers, it takes up to ten hours. The railway (build) in 1881 and has been carefully protected for its cultural importance. Today the train is attractive to the passengers who come from other places (see) the railway and the surrounding mountains. They seem to get a lot of pleasure its slow speed.
