Susan was a single（单身的）mother. She lived in New York with her 7-year-old son Sam. Two years ago, Susan lost her job and life was very hard to them. She felt sorry every time her son asked, "Can I have some more bread, Mommy?"

One day, when Sam asked the same question again, Susan decided to cook a "big" dinner for him with the only 6 dollars she had. Susan was a shy mother, but she had a strong mind (i di).

So a good idea came to Susan's mind, "Why not share my recipes online?" She did as she thought. Many people liked Susan's recipes so much that she got popular. Soon after that, many people asked her to write a book about her cooking. When Susan got the money for the book she wrote, she had a good sleep for the first night during the two years.
