But too much stress can stop you bringing out the best of your abilities, so it's important to learn how to control (控制) it. Here are some ideas to help you.

Plan and prepare for your revision (复习), and give yourself enough time to do it. If you can, find a copy of the key points for each subject. This tells you what you need to know and gives you the topics to prepare.

Make a week-by-week timetable in your work space. List the topics you need to learn for each subject. Also, about 12 weeks before your first exam, write down the dates and times for each of your exams in your planner and make a copy to put on your wall at home. Make sure you don't forget it.

During your exam time, if you want your brain to work at its very best, go to bed early so you get enough sleep. If you feel scared, try your best to think more positively (乐观地).

You are not alone while solving the stress. Call psychological (心理的) hotline to share your worries and get help from others.

Remember that there is life after exams. Things may feel stressful right now, but it won't last forever. And then the rest of your life will still be there.
