Four years ago, I received a call from the headmaster. He asked me to speak to the group. 

After receiving the call, I was so1 that I couldn't sleep the whole night. Finally, I decided to give the speech. I thought that the school would never invite me to any of their programs again if I2 this chance. The next day, I got to school. Before it was my turn, my whole body was shaking and my mouth was dry. It was on that day that I3 my greatest weakness — public speaking.

A primary school set up a kung fu class 3 years ago. Kung fu Grandma Zhang volunteered to teach the（child）kung fu there. The students feel（luck）to have Zhang as their kung fu teacher. "It's important for young people（learn）Chinese kung fu and the spirit behind it. ", she says. 

Going to a movie now has been a part of our life. But have you ever thought of blind people watching movies? 

64﹣year﹣old Wang Fokun lost his eyesight in his fifties. He had to give up his hobby of watching movies then. But in the past two years, a theater has helped him to get his love for the cinema back. Every Saturday, Wang travels 40 minutes to "watch" a movie. 

It's at Xindeng Theater in Kunming that Wang "watches" the movie. With the help of volunteers, Wang enjoys himself along with many other blind people. The volunteers describe what is happening on the screen, including when the story happens, what they are doing. . . Thanks to the description, the blind can throw themselves into the movie. They laugh when something funny happens and cry during sad scenes. 

The task of describing the movie is not as simple as it sounds. The volunteers must be familiar with every scene in the movie. "I watch a movie at least three times and write down every small part, " one of the volunteers said. And they have to practice many times before they do the job. However, they all enjoy the experience. "We're glad to bring enjoyment to the audience（观众）, " they said. So far, thousands of blind people have enjoyed more than 100 films described by them. They all agree that the volunteers do a great job. 

Do you have a tidy or messy desk at home? Do you have difficulty keeping your desk clean and tidy for a long time? You know, a clean and tidy desk helps us find things we need quickly and do things more efficiently（高效地）.. 

First, only keep things you really need on and near your desk. For old papers you never read, . Use a box for any papers you have to read. Have a jar for pens and pencils. 

Second, , because they can make your desk dirty easily. Go to the kitchen when you want to eat something or have a drink, or keep food or drinks on a small table near your desk. 

Third, clean your desk at the end of every day. Do it after studying!If you do it every day, it will only take five minutes and you can start each new day with a clean and tidy space. 

Fourth, keep important things close to you. Keep the important things close by and easy to get. For example, if you have a few drawers（抽屉）, the top one should have the things you use most often.

People of the clubs always start their day by laughing. They think a good laugh is good for them.

I' m very interested in the laughter clubs.  I go to one club not far from my home to find the answer (答案).

First, our teacher tells us to clap our hands (拍手) and say " ho ho ho, ha ha ha"It's a little funny, but it works.

After ten minutes, all of the people in the room laugh. Some people can't stop! 

So when you are not happy about something at school or at work, you can try to laugh.
