Frank works in a five-star hotel （酒店）, the Beach Hotel. The hotel is near a beach. Many people go to visit the beach for the holidays. Frank usually tells them: First, you should not go to the beach around one or two o'clock, because it is very hot then. You should go to the beach in the morning or in the late afternoon. Second, you should not stay in the sun for too long. It is bad for your skin （皮肤）. Third, you should not swim right after meals （饭，餐）. Finally, do not take too much money with you.
