Emily Mathias is a normal (普通的) girl. She  (live) with her parents and three sisters. She likes animals and she can play  violin very well. But her family is different from most  (family). Why?  Emily and her sisters Anna, Mary and Grace  (be) identical quads (四胞胎). They were all born on 16th February 2010. 

The four girls have the same long yellow hair and blue eyes,  their personalities (性格) are very different. Emily loves horse-riding. Grace is  (friend). Mary likes writing stories and (run) . Anna is good  science. "our house is very busy", says Emily. "We have to help with housework at home. Every Monday I do the housework  school. It's Tuesday today. And it's Anna's turn. Look! She is doing the dishes. People often ask me, ‘Who are you? Are you Mary?' Sometimes the teacher doesn't know. It's funny!' "

Science finds that feeding wild animals may bring harm to them in the long run. Wolves with injured(受伤的) legs in the wild can usually do n but wait for death. But this was not the story of one injured wolf in a nature  (公园) in Qinghai. It can get better thanks to tourists feeding it along the highway.

However, people have different ideas about w tourists should feed the wolf or not. It has caused a hot  (讨论). People who support this act say that without feeding, the poor wolf would d. But those who are against think that humans should not  (打破) the laws of nature. It has its own reasons.

Research in Scientific Reports studied how that human-provided food influenced the living of a group of dolphins. They said that asking for food from humans  (增加)the risk of injuries for dolphins and sometimes it may also make them d on us for living.

So, what should we do when coming across wild animals that seem to need our help? I think it's (重要的) for them to learn to live on their own. Of course, the best help is to report to the local office for medical aid i of feeding them. Your action makes a big difference!

What Can I Do Right Now?

If you are still worried about your height, talk to your p and your doctor. Most kids don't have a growth problem that needs h from a doctor, but it's always OK to ask if you're concerned (关心的).

So for most kids, it seems like there's not much to do b wait to see how it all turns out. But you can do something right now: Eat h and take care of yourself. If you get the nutrition (营养), sleep, and exercise you need, you're likely to reach your right h. In other words, you'll grow as tall as you were meant to grow.

And even though you may h that supplements (补品) are helpful, taking supplements that you can buy in a store won't help you get taller. Just keep to a healthy diet if you want to be the t you can be!

Kids who wish they weren't so tall should still eat healthily and take care of t, of course. Eating lwon't make you end up any shorter unless you really starve yourself and make yourself sick.

As they get older, most kids learn to f comfortable with their height, whether they turn out tall, short, or somewhere in between.

Early this morning we all went to the Future Hall to have our graduation ceremony. Our headmaster made a wonderful speech, and many of us were to tears. 

Now the ceremony is over. We will leave school soon. I feel very excited because I am one of the best graduates. At the same time, I am a little sad I have to say goodbye to my classmates and teachers. I want to take some photos with them and I will give some gifts to my teachers as well. In the past three years, I have had a great time in Red Star International School. I have learnt not only to study, but also how to be a man. In the future, I will work much harder. I hope I can be astronaut when I grow up. 

Linlin, Xiaohua and Liu Shou will go back to their hometowns tomorrow and I will see them  at the airport. We will keep in touch with each other and we will be good friends forever. I wish my classmates and teachers health, happiness and good luck.
