How do you usually solve your stress? Maybe you listen to some music or watch some funny films to reduce your stress. Do you know doing housework is helpful in solving stress?
In fact, doing something like washing dirty clothes may really make people relaxed. Doing some housework such as folding clothes or cleaning the room is a good way to reduce our stress without taking any medicine. While washing something, you can imagine you're washing away some trouble in your life.
Here are some ideas about it. "Housework is the main reason for the stress in my life, "says Linda, "Get me out of doing the housework and then I'll really be relaxed. "Gary pays an expert 5, 200 dollars an hour for his problem about stress. However he is just told to go back home and do some housework.

Time Meet at Community(社区) Center and find your group at 7:30 a. m. Get on the bus at 7:40 a. m. Work as a volunteer from 8:30 a. m. to 11:30 a. m. Come back to our community at 12:00 a. m. |
Groups Group 1:Visit sick kids in Children's Hospital and play games with them. Group 2:Help clean up the city parks. Group 3:Visit the old people's home and talk with the old. Group 4:Prepare some food to feed the homeless pets and call Pet Center. |
