What foods do you eat every day? Do you eat healthy foods? US Photographer(摄影师) Gregg Segal asks students what they eat every week. Then, he takes photos of the students and their foods. Segal wants to use them to ask students to eat healthy foods.

Colorful fruits and vegetables are good for our health. Their colors help us keep healthy. Green is good for our eyes. And it gives us strong bones and teeth. Blue and purple help us remember things well. They are good for our eyes, too. Red gives us healthy hearts. Yellow and orange give us much vitamin C.

For packaged(包装) foods, look at the ingredients(成分). Don't eat foods with more than five ingredients.

You can write down everything you eat or take photos of your foods for one week. That way, you'll know what you eat clearly.
