Mary is a three-year-old girl. One day, her parents can't find her in the house.
"Where is Mary? Is she in the garden?" asks Mrs Brown.
"Maybe you are right. Let's go to the garden," says Mr Brown.
When they come to the garden, they see Mary sitting under a tree.
"Hello, my name is Mary. Good morning. Nice to meet you here! I'm three years old now. I like green. What colour do you like?"
"Who are you talking to, Mary?" ask Mr and Mrs Brown.
"I'm talking to my friends," Mary says.
Who is Mary talking to? Do you know? She is talking to some ants(蚂蚁) under the tree. What a lovely girl Mary is!

② "Coffee and tea are bad for you." Yes and no. People drink coffee when they are tired, but it isn't very healthy. So don't have more than two cups a day and don't drink any coffee before you go to bed. Tea is usually good for you, but drink it with lemon and don't put any milk or sugar in it! Green tea is really healthy.
③ "Carrots help you see in the dark." No! Carrots have a lot of vitamin A and vitamin A is good for your eyes, but nobody can really see in the dark!
④ "Fruit juice is good for you." Yes and no. Fruit juice is good for you, but it can be bad for your teeth. So yes, have some orange juice with your breakfast or lunch, but don't drink any juice between meals. Try water. Eight glasses of water a day is good for you.
⑤"It's OK not to eat breakfast." No! When you sleep, you don't eat for a long time. It's important to start the day with a good breakfast. Without breakfast, you often feel hungry later in the moring and start eating something like chocolate. Sweet food is not a good idea. But you can try some nuts or fruit.
