         Life for children is much different from before. Children used to(过去常常) have a healthy diet of steamed fish, rice, vegetables and fruit. Now they are eating a lot of fast food like fried chicken, hamburgers and French fries. Western fast food is high in fat and salt. It is not good for children's health.

         Children are now drinking more sweet drinks like Coke and Sprite instead of fruit juice and water. Children are also eating more chocolates and sweets than ever before. Computer games are now very popular.  Teenagers like to go to Net bars. They spend hours every day sitting at a computer. Some teenagers now stay up late. They watch TV till midnight. So they don't get enough sleep, and feel very tired in

    the morning. But they used to play a lot of outdoor sports games. So they woke up fresh and fit, ready for an active new day.

        People of all ages, but especially children, need a healthy diet, lots of exercise and plenty of rest. Let's stop all bad habits and do our best to keep fit.
