Many people love traveling to different countries. But if you plan to go abroad, you should know how to  in different situations around the world. 

In Russia, you should never shake hands in a doorway. And if you're traveling in Thailand, you are not to touch people's heads or point your feet at people. When the Japanese meet new people, they like giving business cards. You should read the card instead of just putting it in your pocket.

In South America, people usually stand quite  to each other when they talk. However, in countries like the USA, you need to keep your distance (距离) to give people more personal space. Also,  is impolite to break in while Japanese people are talking to you. You must wait  they finish before you start speaking. 

As for table , when in India, remember to eat with your right hand. Also, in Russia, if you've drunk up a bottle of wine, avoid leaving the bottle on the dinner table. As for Russians, that means bad luck.

When you're traveling in Asia, if someone invites you to his or her home, don't to take off your shoes when you arrive. And if you visit an Arab family's home, don't admire anything valuable because your host will feel he should give it to you as a(n) .

On March 17th, 2023, Beijing made changes to the P. E. test in the 2023 high school entrance exam. All students will get full scores as long as they take part in the exam. 

Earlier this year, some cities such as Taiyuan canceled the 1, 000-meter and 800-meter runs. Other cities let students choose if they wanted to do them in the exam. This is to make sure it's safe for students after recovering from COVID-19.

At the same time, P. E. classes across China have also made some changes. Students are having easier activities such as dancing, fun games and sit-ups. In this way, they can improve their health slowly. 

"We used to run two laps around the playground every day during the morning break. But after many students got the illness, we didn't do this activity and started doing Kungfu, " said Liu Jiawei, a student from Changchun, Jilin. In the countryside of America, usually there are not many landmarks (地标). Instead of landmarks, people will tell you like this. "Go north two miles. Turn east, and then go another mile".

In Japan, most streets there don't have names, people use landmarks in their directions instead of street names. For example, "Go straight down to the corner. Turn left at the big hotel and go past a fruit market, the post office is across from the bus stop. "

Our nails (指甲) are another special skin which are very hard. Our nails aren't as strong or sharp as the nails that animals have. But they are just good for the basic human needs.

There are many different festivals around the world. But here are five of them. 

It's a traditional celebration in one small UK town. It runs for three days every year in January to celebrate the beginning of the agricultural (耕种的) year. People there enjoy watching bears dance. A few men wear straw bear costumes and dance for others.

It's one of Europe's biggest street festivals. It starts at 11:11 am on November 11 and lasts till February next year. Local people in Cologne call the time the "crazy" season. During the festival, people put on colorful clothes and play music to celebrate it in the street. The festival has gone on for 200 years. Each year, about 1.5 million people take part in it.

It's celebrated in Mexico every year between October 31 and November 2. It's not a scary day like its name. Instead. it's a colorful holiday. People believe the spirits of their ancestors will return to the world on these days. They share food and drinks to keep the spirits alive and the spirits can be with them in this way.

When winter comes, it's party time in Quebec City. Canada. The festival is all about outdoor fun. It starts from the first Sunday in February and lasts for 10 days. One of the most popular activities is the dog sled race (狗拉雪撬比赛). It has more than 30 teams and the race goes on for 6 kilometers. You can see happiness on every face.

It's a traditional activity in Dai nationality. Most people live in Xishuangbanna in southern Yunnan. It's actually the New Year of Dai nationality. Usually, the festival takes place ten days around the Tomb-sweeping Day and lasts for three or four days. On the first day, people give performance; On the second day, people sprinkle (洒) water crazily; On the third day, the young men and women get together to lose package (丢包).

Enlightenment (启发) is a strange thing. It comes in unexpected moments (时刻). I received a moment of enlightenment just recently from the mouth of a little girl. I was heading into the local post office to send a letter. I saw a young woman who was my neighbor. On her back was her little daughter who was no more than three. After talking for a few minutes she shared a story of her high school days with me and we both smiled. Just then her little girl pointed up to the wrinkles (皱纹) around my eyes. 

"What are those?" she asked. I smiled again and said they were laugh lines. She looked at me for a second and then said, "You must laugh a lot!"

On my way home that funny, enlightening moment stayed in my mind. 

"Yes, " I thought to myself. "I have laughed a lot over the years. And if my heavy wrinkles are a sign of that, then it's a sign I'm pleased to share with everyone I meet. "

Our laughter, love, and smiles don't just produce wrinkles in our skin. They also help our hearts. Every act of kindness reaches the bottom of others' hearts.

Learn to love your laugh lines and enjoy your wrinkles. They are a sign that you have laughed a lot. They are a sign that you have loved a lot. They are a sign that you have lived a lot. They are a sign that you are being the person God meant for you to be.
