A Great Hobby! 
This girl is Megan Yates, she is from the U.S.A. She goes to school and does homework from Monday to Friday, and she goes to the parks with her friends on Saturday and Sunday. Her friends like listening to music and playing games, but Megan has a great hobby. She loves cooking （烹饪）.
Megan will enter the Little Chef Competition （梦加"小厨师比赛"）. This competition is for boys and girls who are from 11 to 17 years old. The winner （优胜者） can go to China and lean about Chinese cooking and food.
Now, she is practicing （练习） for the competition in the kitchen. She is cooking some noodles, a pan cake and some ice cream for her family.
Tree Planting Day 
Today is March 1lth, and tomorrow is Tree-planting Day. We will go for an outing （出游）. In the morning, we will go to the park and plant some trees. The boys are going to dig holes （挖洞）. The girls are going to water the trees. I think we will be busy （忙碌的）. but it's great to make our world more beautiful.
In the afternoon, we will have lunch and play in the park. Claire will sing a song, she has a beautiful voice. Jane will dance with Mike, they are good dancers. Judy will fly her new kite, it's her birthday gift from her father. I think we will have a good time.
