Stove-boiled tea(围炉煮茶), a new way of drinking tea, has become popular in China. The process of drinking teas has a sense of ritual(仪式), and that has become a new favorite of young people.
The art of boiling tea on a stove takes time and needs constant attention to the temperature in order to properly "cook" the tea. Usually, the process includes lightly roasting (烤) tea leaves before boiling them in a pot over a charcoal-filled stove. If you know these things about online news, and can use them in your everyday life, you will have the control over what to read and what to believe. If you find a news story that you know is fake, the most important advice is: don't share it!
