Hanfu is the traditional clothing of the Han ethnic group (汉族). 1 hanfu is becoming popular among young Chinese. It seems that there is a hanfu2 in almost every major university (主要的大学) and city. Most club members wear the clothing during holidays. Or they wear hanfu when they want to3 beautiful photos. But some of them love it so4 that they wear it almost every day. In5 , there is a special day to celebrate this kind of6 clothing. It's7 China Huafu Day. It is on the third day of the third month of the Chinese lunar calendar (阴历). This year, it is fell on April 22. The day celebrates the traditional clothing of all ethnic groups in China. Among them, hanfu has the most fans. "China is8 a leading power (主导力量) in the world. Chinese people feel more confident(自信的) about their traditional culture," Chen Chuyu, leader of a hanfu club in Beijing, told People's Daily Online. "Wearing traditional clothing might be an interesting way of showing such9 . "Some young people10 bring hanfu culture to other countries.

As little Robert was taking a walk, suddenly he shouted,"Ho, ho!"However, he was surprised to hear the same words after his voice.

Feeling playful, Robert said,"You must be a very silly person!"

"Silly person!"came back the words from somewhere on the hill.

Robert got very angry. He said more bad and mocking (讥讽的) words, but the words all came back to him in the same angry tone (音调). He decided to walk towards the hill to find out who was mocking him. 

However, when he got to the hill, he couldn't find anyone there. He was sad and confused, so he went back home and told his mother about the"bad boy".

His mother explained to him that when he spoke loudly near a hill, the sound waves (波) could bounce (反弹) back and make an echo. It was like throwing a ball against a wall and having it bounce back to you. The"bad boy"was just the echo of his own voice.

His mother went on,"If you speak kindly, you will hear a kind reply. "

On 20th June 1702 I set off(出发) for Surat, on a ship called the Adventure(冒险). And indeed "adventure" was an appropriate name for that ship, and for everything that happened on that trip. 

The first part of our trip went well. But later there were some terrible storms(糟糕的暴风雨). The winds were so strong that they sent our ship off course(航线). We had no idea where we were. 

At last, when the storms stopped, we saw an island(岛). We had no more drinking water so the captain sent me to find some freshwater on the island. I set off with some other men in a small boat. And when we got there, I travelled around the island by myself while the men looked for water. 

That was a big mistake(错误). When I went back there were no men and no boat! Then I saw them rowing back to our ship with a giant(巨人) following them in the sea! They were very afraid. 

I ran as fast as I could. I then climbed a big hill and when I looked around I saw fields. Then I saw other giants working in the fields. 

"On my last trip I was a giant on an island of tiny(小的) people and now I am a tiny person on an island of giant!" It was not a nice feeling. I was so sad and hid behind a big tree. I had to think of a plan but at that time one of the giants saw me. 

Around 80 percent of people do not get enough vitamin D every day.  . 

Vitamin D is really important for our bones. When we are young, vitamin D builds up our bones and makes them strong. . Our bodies keep the vitamin D that we take in inside our bones and teeth.

Su Yiming received a very special letter from Chinese President Xi Jinping on Feb. 24th, 2022. Who is Su Yiming? What did President Xi say to him?

Su Yiming is a snowboarder（单板滑雪运动员）. He was born in Jilin Province. He started skiing when he was four years old because his parents liked snowboarding. At the age of fourteen, he decided to become a professional snowboarder. Then he started training a lot, and spent about 320 days every year on snowboarding. On Feb. 17th, he got the gold medal（金牌） at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. When Su got the medal, he was really excited. The next day would be his 18th birthday. He thought the medal was the best gift for his birthday. But the person that he wanted to thank the most was President Xi. 

He wrote a letter to President Xi. In the letter, he said,"I really want to thank you and our great motherland from the bottom of my heart." Su also said he would keep working hard and work for the nation（国家）. Su remembered that Xi met with him at the National Winter Sports Training Center in 2019. At that time, Xi encouraged（鼓励）him to show the new generation（一代人）of Chinese youth on the world stage.

In the reply from President Xi, Xi congratulated Su and other athletes on their excellent achievements at the Beijing Winter Olympics. Xi said that the new era（时代）is the era of dream chasers（追逐者）. It is the time for young people to realize their dreams. He hoped that young Chinese people always keep the motherland in their hearts, aim high and stay grounded.

A woman had two water buckets(水桶). One of the buckets had a hole in it, while  bucket was nicer and could hold water without leaking(泄露).
