Rob and Peter were good friends. One night they had a car accident. Both of them were1 hurt. The next morning , Rob woke up blind*. The doctor, Mr. Lee, was standing 2his bed worriedly. The purpose of the centre is to show visitors everything to do with rural Hong Kong. We also hope to educate people about the environment. |

Facilities

The centre has a large number of indoor and outdoor facilities and exhibitions. The outdoor facilities include a garden, vegetable fields and a place where trees are grown for study. Indoor exhibition halls provide different kinds of plants, fishes and other things from land or sea.

Rules for visitors

·Do not break any natural appearance or plants, and do not make the water dirty. ·Care for other visit ors and wildlife, and do keep quiet wherever you go.

Opening hours

We are open daily from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. Exhibition halls are open from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. The centre is closed every Tuesday.

Western companies think so too. A Canadian producer, has expressed his worries."VR may not take place of traditional movies," he says."But it will really cause a big change."
The producer, however, thinks that the movie industry needs more great stories. "The technology is already there," he says. "What we still need more is good content."
A little river ran down from a high mountain through many villages and forests. Then she reached a desert. "I went through so many difficulties. I should have no problem crossing the desert," she thought. As she started, she found herself slowly disappearing into the sand. After many tries, she still failed.
"Maybe I can't reach the ocean,'' she said sadly to herself.
At this time, a deep voice said, "If a wind can cross the desert, so can a river." It was the voice of the desert. But the little river answered, "That's because a wind can fly, but I cannot."

Recently, there is an outbreak of the swine flu. Most people with it have a dry (咳嗽). It causes a high temperature as well.(感觉) tired is common, too. However, if we do nothing with this (疾病), lots of people may have serious healthy problems. So our government calls us to (与...战斗) against it together.
First getting vaccinated is the safest way. In our country still a small number of people haven't got vaccinated （还；尚). We are lucky because we don't need to pay much for it. But a lot of people in other countries still can't (买得起) it. Second, don't forget to wear masks when we go out. Also, the less going to public places, the better it is. Third, Taking Chinese medicine is a good choice, too. From (古老的)China to modern China, traditional Chinese medicine has helped us a lot. It not only helps our body , but also the whole society, the whole world (用；以)a certain way.
For our school students, study hard, (锻炼)and sleep well. We won't be (虚弱的) and the swine flu will stay away from us.
A little girl walks to school every day. One day, school was over. The little girl was making her way home as usual though dark (cloud) were in the sky. Soon, the wind blew (hard) and trees shook from side to side. It began to rain heavily.
The mother worried about her daughter very much. So she drove to her (daughter ) school in a hurry. On the way to school, the mother saw the little girl (walk) by herself in the rain. When the lightning came, the little girl suddenly stopped, looked and smiled. Another followed. The little girl stopped, looked up and smiled again.With the coming of the following lightning, the little girl (do) the same thing again and again. Her mother felt very (surprise) when seeing this.
