Tom was an eight-year-old boy. He was sick to death of school because he didn't want to do his homework. He was always looking for excuses not to do it. Most of the time, Tom went to school without finishing his homework. Even though he finished his homework indeed, he usually did it very carefully.

"No, mom. "Tom answered.

Everyone worried. But how do you deal with(处理) your worries? Whether(是否)your worries are big or small, you can take these three ways to deal with your worries:
◆Try to find out what you're worried about
Sometimes, you will know what you're worried about. Other times, you might not. Try to find it out first. If you can't, you can ask for help.
◆Think of ways to make it better
There is always something you can do to help you feel less worried. Sitting there worrying is no fun and it cannot help you.
Grades at school are often top worried for kids. If you're worried about grades, ask yourself these questions:
Why are grades important? What do grades mean to me?
How do I get ready for class? Do I go over(复习my notes even when there isn't a test?
Do l have a good place to do my homework?
Have I tried different ways of studying?
If your worry is about a fight you had with a friend, you might write down all the things you could do: write a note to him or her, invite him or her to a basketball game, say sorry to him or her, etc. Once you have a list of things you could do, you can choose the one that gets your friend back.
◆Ask for help
When you're worried, it can help to find someone to talk to. You can ask your parents, friends, or teachers for help.
Jessie and her two younger sisters lived with their mother in an apartment building.
One evening, a fire started on the second floor. The smoke quickly spread (蔓延) through the whole building and the fire alarm went off. All the people ran out of the building. There was no time for the mother to take other things, so she just took several winter jackets for her children. They ran outside a quickly as possible.

The Childream and teenagers have different wishes Some like Mu Yi want to meet their favorite hero, some want to experience a day as a police officer. firefighter or racing car driver, and some want to give a concert. Childream has volunteers across the country. They try their best to help those children realize their wishes.
