Northeast China's Liaoning Province is all ready, using Artificial Intelligence （AI)to catch those trying to cheat(作弊). Reports say AI will analyze（分析）students from exam rooms and then warn monitors in the room, mostly teachers, to check if any student's body movements suggest dishonesty. The monitors(监视器)will have the final say on whether students were indeed cheating.
This is the best example of technology being used to help human work. Earlier, it was left to one or two teachers to monitor 30 students writing the test in one exam room. AI can do a better job, but since it cannot finally say if a student is cheating, it is for the monitor in the room to check and decide the result. Such a model can help avoid mistakes out of carelessness while making it fairer(公平的).
The conflicts (冲突)between monitors and cheaters dates back to the time when exams were introduced for choosing talents. In exams held for public office many hundred years ago, cheaters were known to carry papers with them to the exam room for cheating. Monitors were then asked to search their bodies before they sat for the exams.
In recent years, some students sitting for the gaokao, which plays an important part in deciding which college they will successfully get into, have been known to use headphones connected to their telephones to get help from outside. In the early part of this century, machines screened all telephone signals coming from an exam center, so they can't be received.
Ten years later, cameras were used to help in monitoring. Then came metal detectors(金属探测仪)to check what students were carrying to the exam room. And now, there's AI.

Rabindranath Tagore was a famous poet, short—story writer and musician. Few voices have been more wonderful in spreading knowledge than his. He's one of the greatest (象征，标志) of Indian culture.
Tagore was born in Calcutta, India, on May 7, 1861. He was (年轻的) of fourteen children, in his family. As a child, school education could not please him. Then private teachers(教) him at home. When he was a little boy, Tagore was really good at writing poems. He wrote his first poem at the age of eight. Tagore' s father expected him (成为) a lawyer(律师). In 1878, he sent Tagore to England to study. But the (传统的) system of education there could not please the boy. Tagore then (返回) home . He tried his best to support his family after his father died. He spent most of his time in farming and writing poems. Tagore also helped to educate the (当地的) people. In 1901, he set up an open school. Today, the school has been an international (大学)，with several colleges in it.
Unluckily, Tagore lost his wife, son and daughter, between 1902 and 1907. But this didn't stop him from writing. (在……期间) these six years, Tagore published some of his best works. Gitanjali, a collection of his poems, was published in 1910. Three years later, Tagore was given the Nobel Prize in Literature. After being famous, he held lecture tours around the world. He died in 1941, leaving behind many great poems, songs and short stories. In his own words, "The world speaks to me in (颜色). My soul answers in music."
Will it come rain or come shine? It's important to know how to check the weather forecast when you live in a foreign country.
A quick look at the newspaper can tell you should carry an umbrella, sunglasses or a warm coat when you go out to face the world. A weather report usually (come) with the heading "Weather Outlook" or just simply "Weather". To put as much information as possible into a small space, a weather report has some (usual)language. They don't choose attractive words but the simple and direct ones. Forecasts do not use common sentences, but use words or phrases instead, like "Brief sunny periods and heavy thunder showers later. "People read a weather page quickly without spending a long time on it, writers do not need full sentences.
A weather report has these parts: a general forecast, a detailed forecast, world weather, pollution levels and times and tides. Most forecasts begin with a report with general information of that day's weather. (follow) the general forecast is more detailed information. There are of course temperature forecasts. Depending on you are, they will be in Celsius(摄氏温度) or Fahrenheit(华氏温度) . For example, in Britain, temperatures{give) in both. In the U. S. , only Fahrenheit is used.
