People should look carefully both left and right when they, are crossing the road. When people are driving, they should wear a seat belt (安全带). Drivers are not allowed (允许) to drive after drinking. There are three lights: red, yellow and green. Red means "stop". Yellow means "wait" and green means "go". Many people take buses. They should wait in line and follow the rule: First get off, then get on. .
If people follow the traffic rules, they will be safe.
