School bells (铃声)are ringing, loud and clear,
Holiday is over, school is here.
We look for our pencils and our ，
And say goodbye to fields and brooks (小河)．
To happy days of sunny hours,
To birds and butterflies and flowers.
But we are glad school has begun,
For work is always coming with fun.
When autumn comes and the weather is cool,
Nothing can take the place of (代替)school.
One morning a young girl is reading the advertisements (广告)in the newspaper to find a new job. Suddenly (突然)she calls out to her mother in the kitchen.
"Listen to this, Mother!" she shouts, "I find an easy way of making money."
"What is it?" her mother asks, coming into the room.
"Listen!" says the girl, and reads the advertisement. "Do you want to make money? Send me an envelope (信封)with five yuan and a stamp. You can get a reply (回复)showing you how to make money without leaving your house. Then there's a name and address."
"Really?" says her mother, "You'll lose (失去)a little money and the cost of two stamps. If he knows how to get a lot of money, why doesn't he do it himself? Why does he need to advertise? You can't get an answer."
"Well, five yuan isn't much. I will try." Then she goes to the post office and sends it off.
Three days later she gets an envelope with a small piece of paper in it. On the paper are four words, "Do as I do."
