It's 12 o'clock. Mr Bakery goes into a restaurant for a quick 1. "Hi! Can I help you?" a waiter says. "I'd like some French fries, a hamburger and a medium Coke," says the man. "2 else?" asks the waiter. "No," the man answers. "That's all." "For here or to 3?" asks the waiter. "I'll take it away," says the man. The waiter puts the food into a bag. Then the man goes away4 the bag. "Have a nice day," the waiter says.
The man goes back to his office. He sits down and opens the bag. There is a hamburger, some French fries and a Coke. But there is also some 5in it. "That's the money for my lunch," says the man. Have you ever thought about your body changes? Up to about the age of eight or nine, girls and boys look quite alike. They have similar shaped bodies and their voices sound almost the same. As they grow, all their organs(器官) grow, too.

Be open to others.
Tell people you are shy. There is no need to hide(掩盖) it. When they get to know you are a shy kid, they will understand you better. This also helps you feel relaxed(放松的) in talks.
Try to smile more.
When you smile, people think you are friendly and easy to talk with. Remember that other people have feelings, too, and most people don't like an angry-looking face.
Learn to be a good talker.
If you find it hard to start a talk, say something nice about people around you. Think about how great you feel when someone says something nice to you. Doesn't it make you want to keep talking to that person?
Get your attention elsewhere.
Think more about ways to enjoy parties or games. Don't worry about your looks or whether(是否) other people like you or not. You will become relaxed and find it's not so hard to talk with other people.
